Barbar Rouge - Brewery Le Febvre | Belgium
- Style : Fruit Beer
- Colour : Red
- Alcohol : 8.0°C
- Softness : 3/5
- Bitterness : 2/5
Topped with a fine mousse, slightly tinged with purple, the Barbãr Rouge reveals a nose dominated by cherry. The aromatic power is strong, with notes of honey, spices, plants and malt.
On the palate, the Barbãr Rouge stands out with its tangy and fruity attack. As with the Barbãr Blonde and the Barbãr Bok, we then perceive a background of sweetness and a generous body conveyed here by the use of soft wheat and honey, all without bitterness. Here too, it is the cherry that dominates. The finish is fresh, sour and without post-bitterness. A surprising beer with an 8% content. Good tasting!
