• Our History

  It was in 2001 when "Lucas" began the journey to Belgium, on a journey of almost no return where the adventure to discover the country of beer and obviously its good beers begins.

  As the years passed, the different breweries of the country were discovered, both in the Flemish region and in the Walona region, these breweries strive after many years to make us known their beers which are considered the best in the world for their Brazilian art and its "SAVOIR FAIRE".

  After 17 years of tasting these emblematic beers, it was decided to return to Peru and together with a longtime friend / brother " Vito", we decided to create "PATACCALA", a bar that has the best beer dispensers worthy of being able to carry within its pipes to the best beers in the world.

  

• The Concept

  The idea of creating this bar stems from being able to share with all Peruvians and because of the area where it settled with the Arequipans, that is why it was given the name "PATACCALA", in Loncco or ancient Arequipa language it means "barefoot" implying that when people enter the premises they leave their shoes or their problems and feel free in our bar.

  To this we add the acquisition of the best spout system to be able to serve a beer in all its splendor and quality, making use of specific techniques to serve these beers both from the spout and from the bottle, respecting their temperature, using special and original glasses and eliminating excess carbon dioxide for greater enjoyment of the best beers in the world.

  

• Nowadays

  Today we are happy to be able to offer our beloved public the best selection of Belgian craft beers, a good serving system and an excellent tasting of the best beers in the world.

  We want each person who enters our bar to feel at home, a place where respect for others, good coexistence and good humor give an environment in which we all feel united, united by the great pleasure of tasting a Good craft beer in its best condition.
