Once again, our brewers are celebrating hop, traditions and the expertise of farmers by offering a "Dry Hopping" version of the traditional Hopus.

This year, we used an american during the dry hopping stage. Also known as raw hopping, this hop aroma cold extraction technique offers the advantage of faithfully reproducing its aromatic profile, which offers a balance of floral notes of violet or lavender, vegetable notes of hemp and mint, fruity notes of grapefruit and peach topped with an exotic note (pineapple, passion fruit ). The result is a wonderful beer best enjoyed on the first days of spring

  • The look : Golden blonde and abundant foam.
  • The smell : Hoppy fragrances and floral spikes.
  • The taste : Very pronounced bitterness and sweet and honeyed flavors.
